Travel is addictive. Once you begin, there is no stopping, come what may; you manage. Today, let’s meet a zealous writer and a born travel enthusiast, Vartika. She is here to defy all the excuses that we women, often make not to step out of our comfort zone. Through her debut eBook ‘Travel, My Way’ she gives a clear message that nothing can stop you from pursuing your passion…provided, you are passionate enough.

Travel, My Way: The eBook

The eBook- ‘Travel, My Way’ is a collection of Author’s personal travel tales, starting from childhood when she travelled as a kid with her parents, through couple-hood when she embarked on many thrilling journeys with her husband, to her own motherhood when she explores new places as a family with her twin daughters. The eBook has the mix essence of humour, romance, adventure and affection.

Travel, My Way: Review

I am a travel enthusiast myself. Hence, when I got an opportunity to review a travelogue; it filled me with more enthusiasm! ‘Travel My Way’, can be divided in to three parts. Initial chapters deal with author’s travels and tales from the Indian subcontinent, Middle half has many fascinating European destinations, and the final part gives some tips and tricks to travel hassle free. The opening chapter of the book has details of author’s own home city, Lucknow. I have never visited the city, but have heard a lot about the Nawabi lifestyle and ‘tehjeeb’ with which the chapter is also overloaded. Further, the Author takes us to diverse places in different time periods. You go with her to the adventurous treks in mountains and follow her walking hand-in-hand with her husband on the sand of pristine beaches. You would feel the emotion of the moment when she takes you around in the bright day light and intimidating gloom of night! Her trips to the holy places revitalize your connection with the supreme power.
Travelling seems to be author’s big passion. How can I say that? She is a mother of twin girls, living in a foreign land far from family. Despite of being on her own, the author manages to travel whenever there is a slight opportunity. Motherhood could not stop her from pursuing her passion for exploring new places, experiencing new cultures and then documenting it all in her blog vartikasdiary. In the second part of the eBook the author describes her journey from India to Poland. She acquaints us with many European cities. In the last few chapters she shares the hacks that have worked best for her while living abroad. You’ll come to know many tips of how to make travelling pocket friendly and comfortable even while travelling with kids. I immensely enjoyed reading Vartika’s Travelogue.

If you are a mom who thinks motherhood is the end of the world; you seriously need to read her eBook and get some motivation. The download the eBook here.
Remember if you were meant to stay in one place, Instead of foot, you would have root!
