Those who know me, also know that I have been blogging for some time now. Neither a naive, nor an expert, I am just going with the flow and enjoying it ! I am a fresher if we talk about A to Z Challenge. It may sound ignorant but is true; I haven’t been in a committed relationship with Blogchatter. You can say I am little casual in my approach. But as you see, there is a change in attitude and I have already hopped on the blogging train here, which means I have decided to explore and learn more with Blogchatter. Let’s unlearn what we already know about alphabets and make some new entries in 2019 with A to Z challenge.
What is A to Z challenge?
- A blogging Challenge organised by Blogchatter in the month of April every year.
- You are supposed to write daily leaving Sundays aside-that makes it 26 posts.
What makes it interesting and challenging is the fact that you have to write your every post following an alphabetical manner. For me, it isn’t going to be easy. April, being the exam month asks for most of the waking hours in the College and a family wanting the rest of them. Still, I have dived in and hopefully, I am going to make it to the other end!
Choosing A Theme For A to Z Challenge
I heard veterans saying picking a theme makes the posts streamlined. All things come under one umbrella and make for an interesting read. My theme is finalized. Without much ado, here it is-
I have named it ‘WHEN WE MET’ and it revolves around the travel tales when I met some place for the first time or repetitively, how well (or the opposite) did this place treat me? It is obviously not going to be itinerary planning as I would be writing mostly about the experiences, I had while in the 26 places- good, bad, weird or whatever!
What I think is that no matter how many people go to these places, the experiences are always unique. Here, they are mine!
Why this Theme?
I am passionate about seeing new places and witnessing diverse cultures and traditions (Thankfully so is my life partner). But we are no millionaire you see. So, a lot of things are to be kept in mind while planning every trip. Some of which work, some don’t! These all add spice to each journey, each story that originate during such journeys. You can not blindly trust the reviews posted on internet, on the hotel websites, Can you? There is always scope for surprises and shocks! My aim during this one month long blogging carnival is to share the adventures that we bumped into during the above trips and how they made the moments (sometimes hours), unforgettable!
