Just rise a little earlier than the Sun so that it meets you face-on. Stand with folded hands on your yoga mat in the open terrace, inhale, exhale, and chant ‘Om Suryay Namah’.

By now you must have guessed, I am talking about none other than our age old tradition of doing Surya-Namaskar. We know the Sun has a special place in Hindu mythology. People of this country have been practicing this physical prostration to Sun (Surya Namaskar) for ages as Nity Vidhi (daily mandatory routine).
